Like it's basically just expert realism and special infected are stronger/get a new color which is just black and the black color makes them more stronger and harder to fight. Loot drops are dependent on the type of special infected killed Black SI: guaranteed Tier 2 weapons and support items, rare for AWP/SCOUT (low chance for GL) Normal: Tier 1 Orange, red or purple: Tier 1 or 2 But if we're talking about core, then they're probably going to make the black color SI be a rare spawn and probably worse to fight against.
