Shared Account

    Hello there

    I used to play on an account where L4D2 was shared from another account and at that time was allowed to play with shared accounts on the server.

    However, I stopped playing L4D2 and yesterday when I tried to join the server, I get the warning that shared accounts are not allowed.

    I had good stats on the server along with 15K points. With this I want to ask if there is a possibility to make an exception or transfer these statistics to the account where L4D2 is purchased.

    Tell the SteamID of the old and new account.

    My new account: STEAM_1:1:99998618 (I used to play on this account, it is my main)
    Old account: STEAM_0:1:77153555 (account that has L4D2 bought)
