I have served my 3 day ban and have been playing on the server for a few days without any issues. I am writing to respectfully request the removal of my chat and voice mute. I now completely understand that using Soundpad is against the rules, and I assure you it won't happen again. Regarding the past TK incident, I admit I made a mistake by retaliating only because that teammate intentionally damaged me first. I have already served my ban for that reaction and intend to keep my gameplay clean moving forward. L4D2 relies heavily on teamwork, and being muted makes it very difficult to communicate. I would appreciate a second chance to use the chat and voice channels properly. Thank you for your time.
