EU Versus Nzt48 here. Complaint Amaterasu!

3. The essence of the complaint: Harassing me and other people. What I cannot prove because demos are not being made on versus servers and I was not recording in that situation. 16th, or 17th july midnight I was with him on the team, first chapter Dark carnival, last 4-5 players standing: Me, Amaterasu, Targaryen Ali1k and someone else. We were trying hard to finnish the chapter against 10-12 infected and Amaterasu was black and white, even if I don't like him I prioritize teamplay and I healed him, while healing him he friendly fire me with katana. He is doing this also in another instances but I have no proof, dead center last chapter in elevator spamming katana through the crowd.
4. Evidence (if any): Part 1. All 3 instances where I've just joined the game and nothing was said to him (proven on chatlogs), he keep harassing me

Part.2: This guy is flaming non stop. In the last 12-13 days he kept being provocative to anyone in his team or direct attack to someone by saying 14-17 TIMES things like: noob, noob team. It's understandable once or twice but he is too much. Some people might say that saying "noob" it's not an insult, but in this context it is a provocation, it is an insult to the players, it is harassing. I can attest that half of known players can prove that this guy is a mess and it is disturbing the game everyday. Half of them instantly self mute him, talking constantly and so on.

Part.3 These are not directed towards me but I witnessed them. This guy is crazy, consistently provocative.

Part.4 What I found also on google which might be off topic but it is important to this case cause we understand better with what kind of person we are dealing with. This person was ban massively over the years on another server for the same kind of behavior: abusive, harassing, exploiting and it seems that he keeps going. ( server name is cropped to not be an ad but the information is visible on google if you search his steamid)

Conclusion: I've seen another complaint made about him but it is written in Russian. With a broken translation I could understand that they were complaining for the same thing I was furious too, the inability to kick a VIP player. He harassed on mic and I tried to kick him but not possible. If you can read between the lines he is a sneaky person, saying things not big enough to be under the radar and being provocative just enough to get a reaction from you or getting VIP to be immune to kick and do his craziness freely. Due to his history, psychological profile and the fact that since 2018 he keep doing this I think it's safe to say that he will end up banned because he cannot stop.

3.He bully other Teammates for being bad calling them ,,noobs“. He is telling us to rush even if it‘s against the rules. In one round i was watching him holding the spitter like he relode 3 or 4 times then he died after he died he warned a player not holding charger and spammed in the voicechat ,,Give me the charger don‘t hold or kick“ and this all the time every round was the same with him. He is talking non stop and that like not tipps or something he wanna help with he is just thinking abt himself like all the time he wanna have charger and tells people to give charger or talking abt how bad they r yeah like i said he is calling them noobs. And today july 18th the round started and i walked behind him in no mercy first map we want to the room infront of the saferoom and he closed the door after he get in and the charger got me and killed me after that i wrote ,,Why did u closed the door“ and he just said if i would be his DOG ,,noc i need u to keep quit, understood?“. and i saw he got banned a many times what tells a lot abt

Haha never thought I’d spend time replying to this, but since u guys are grouping up, making stuff up, and on purpose trying to make it look like I broke the rules so here we go.

Nzt:
1.it's good that u play as usual despite ur strong feelings towards me, but let me remind u who was the one leading u to do so (b4 u hesitated to help up or heal me), showing u that being neutral in the game is the mature way. And still many kids (noc is one of them) on purpose ignores helping up, never healed and on purpose stop attacking when i get the tank

So slaying others with my lovely katana trying to get their attention to a b&w player is not illegal my dear . I usually ask nicely with mice as well, no response then i move on. The only time i get frustrated is when someone ignores that a new kit is coming up soon (from tank or witch) AND when someone who got the chance to heal him/herself and dies without using it! Despite it's a part of teamplay and a gg to help others especially when there is new kits further in in game to get.
3. This is what i wrote to admin Iriska discussing me calling u noob: "Lmao he is noob and i mean it, this is what i think, an opinion can't be provocation when i use it on time". And again u R a noob when u lead the team (eventhough u play good), asking them to stay at narrow corridors/rooms while other team are drowning us with spit/boom and letting tank get 5 players at a time with only 1 hit. This is especially weird when u play on other versus server and u c what best plans are, but u chose to choose ur own and force players to follow? i don't think i would waste my time playing ur weak plans especially when u refused discussing why this is better than the other. I actually would when im convinced that u r better and r able to lead the team. And btw i call Shayk and Skin noobs sometimes, why do u think they didnt get offended? get urself more educated about playful/affiliative teasing, irony, performance baiting and so on dear. Yet u still have the right to refuse being called noob, which i respected when i saw how childish u've been with it (here i'm talking about calling u noob as a joke, so imma still keep calling u noob when i mean it). So get the courage to join the weak team and not the winning one, and stop forcing ppl follow ur own/made up plans so i dont call u noob again.

5. "Harassing me and other people. What I cannot prove" What about u just keep quiet until u can prove it? And what about u stop dragging other people into it just to make your weak point look bigger? That can backfire on you too talking about the rules!

That’s weak and mad desperate as hell. All of this cuz u got muted? Grow up already. Or u know what? keep crying cuz ur case is desperate as hell. LMAO again u literally made my day ))).

To accelerator regarding Nzt:
-What nzt wants u to: "Remove his immunity or ban him!" "I think it's safe to say that he will end up banned because he cannot stop". Simply cuz someone outside his little circle came in and he couldn’t accept it not being able to kick whoever he wants in front of people asking him to, which clearly hurt his ego.
-What i, kindley, am asking u to review him (despite him getting muted after plenty warnings of insults):

1. Making broad claims without proof.
2. Making things up to support the complaint.
3. Pushing friends to back up the story and create group pressure.
4. Encouraging others to twist or fake facts.
5. Spreading rumors and damaging another player’s reputation.
6. Bringing unrelated old drama into the situation.
7. Turning the issue into personal targeting instead of staying factual.

To accelerator regarding Noctastic: what he wrote is a result of me reporting him yesterday to Iriska (kindly take a look of what i sent u on discord). Reason of reporting is mainly cuz of him literally tried to stage fake/fabricate evidence in chat by saying for example that i ask others not to hold specials when me myself do it, just so he could later twist it into a rule-breaking claim and support his friend Nzt. So it's that simple, this kid (calling me lord 2 days ago LOL) is trying to fake/make up things to defend his friend nzt. I do deny everything he said. I do say "give me charger, dont hold" when somebody is holding it. I do write "hold charger = kick" in the begining when there r many newbies who don't know or not even know what hold is. Sometimes i do hold one round (max) when it is appropriate, for example i got full charge after killing someone so i go for it, which all the popular players in regular versus do and i dont think it's a problem especially when there r too many newbies and holding a charger can make a big difference in game? correct me pls if im wrong. Nevertheless i do that so rarely and i challenge anyone to prove the opposite. I did close the door when i was heading directly out to prevent the charger/spit to come out and slay them, is this something worth complaining about even? (it is for kids who don't think of details). So again i'm still waiting for action to be taken regarding my complaint about Noctastic AND i do add to it most of the points i mentioned to be reviewed on nzt, not to forget that he ask the team not to help me when im incaped and so on of childish behaviour.

Would also like to take this opportunity to mention that rules are not always black and white, and this game has a lot of grey areas. You cannot judge a situation properly without looking at the full context, the small details, and the behavior from both sides. That is exactly why a neutral and mature admin is needed here, someone who can separate facts from drama and not fall for people trying to fabricate a story, create group pressure, or make the situation look bigger than it is. This should be handled based on evidence and context, not on kids twisting the narrative to get someone punished. Yesterday i was playing at regular Versus, it was a hard game, the whole team was out and what i thought is that it's time to go down the tunnels and go the whole way out to prevent spitters to spawn on time, suddenly found out there was nobody behind and i went back directly but it was too late. Ppl got frustrated which i do understand, but what is important here is the intention and what i mentioned of the above other things (clearly a lot of biases going on) to take into consideration b4 deciding to make a vote kick or other punishments, which unfortunately many who r in power lack and directly would made vote-kick. So it's a matter of choice to the owner/admins and it's actually their responsibility to make sure what kind of servers they want it to be. Ppl randomly and without PROVED warnings vote-kick is irrespectful. Ppl spreading lies and urge other "friends" for a group pressure is ridiculous to happen. I don't give a damn about the number of people who dislike someone, it ain't evidence of rule-breaking. Personal opinions and group pressure should not decide a complaint. This is exactly why fair and neutral admin judgment matters, and I’m looking forward to seeing this handled properly.
